Screening was fine and done professionally. However, and this is a big however, their billing practices are not transparent. I was charged $334 for the office visit. I was then charged $301 apiece for 3 skin shaving sample -- each of which took less than 30 seconds for a total of $903. That is a total of $1,237 for a single visit. What I have issue with is that I was not informed or given a choice so I as the patient could make an informed decision about my treatment. Had I known the cost, given the Dr.'s assessment in looking at the moles, I would have said no to the skin samples. But I was not given this choice. When I called the business office, they simply said that was their practice and what they were authorized to bill the insurance company. They are clearly about the $$$ and not the best interest of the patient. This bill comes directly out of my pocket because of the high deductible I carry, like many others, to save. This type of practice is why health care cost keep going up. Go in with your eyes open and ask questions so you can make informed decisions because they will not inform you in advance.

She is knowledgeable and seems to take pretty good care of me. It has been fairly easy to get in to see her, although, it has gotten busier in recent years. She is good and she listens to you. You do not feel like she is on a time clock where she is running off to the next person. I have been to Park Nicollet and that is what they are like. It is terrible. When you cannot get in to see your doctor, you have to make an appointment two weeks out. If something comes up like if you have an injury and you want them to look at it, they tell you that they can get you into a doctor but not your doctor. What is the point of that, I want to see the doctor I know. I am not a fan of Park Nicollet. Her office environment is very nice and they are doing very well with their punctuality. She has a good bedside manner. If you consider the fact that they much send you the bill and the bill gets paid, I think they are doing their job well. I plan to use them again in the future.

She is excellent.  I really like her practice.  She is very respectful and very thorough.  She is open to questions and makes sure that all my concerns are addressed.  Her staff is courteous, respectful and nice.  I don’t wait a long time in the waiting room there.  I have also seen another doctor there as well.  I have been to their urgent care ER recently with my family and I have been treated badly.

I have been to this clinic 3 times now. We just moved to the area, and they will be our family physicians going forward. The Doctors at this clinic took the time to meet with me, address my concerns, and I didn't feel rushed. The nurses are friendly, front desk is friendly. Super clean. Responsive. Highly recommend.

I liked his care. I especially like that when he’s out of the office, I’m able to see one of his partners. I find this to be convenient.
