Property Appraisal
Horrible!! First of all he arrived on the wrong day. We had rescheduled for later in the week and he showed up on the earlier day. He was non apologetic. He rushed through the process and when we received our appraisal back it came in lower then any house sold in our neighborhood and ours is one of the larger homes. The comps he used were not truly comparable to our home. His appraisal negatively effected our re-finance outcome.

Property Appraisal
Terrible and I still had to pay. His appraisal affected our refi negatively. He didn't do the research necessary for a competent appraiser. I was surprised as his address is in Deephaven where I was raised. You would think he would have a clue.
