The service was fine. They did good job for what we asked them to do. We worked together on it.

I appreciated Eric giving me a concept design and a cost estimate for my landscaping project, including a new driveway and a re-design of the landscaping of my front yard. Ultimately his cost estimate for the entirity of the project was outside my available budget. I elected to use another contractor for the more commodity like elements of the project, and am considering having NRD back out in the future when the budget allows ti implement some of the more dramatic features of Eric's design.

They are just fantastic.

Eric is a fantastic person to deal with. He inspires trust and is never there to make an extra dollar out you. He has a very creative yet practical ideas. We met him for the first time when we were building a pool in our back yard. He worked very well with the pool builders to ensure the proper timing and sequencing of events was taking place. He also rebuilt our deck, fence and a pergola. Even when he was just referring us to a sub and not making any money on a specific part of the project, he still acted as the site manager and handled all logistics for us. We have been hiring him back every year since we built the pool to do other projects and improvements. All our neighbors are or have use his services too. He is the only contractor I never negotiated with, I didn't have to, he is always fair and transparent. I highly recommend Eric and NRD, with no reservations.
