We met him for the first time when we were building a pool in our back yard. He worked very well with the pool builders to ensure the proper timing and sequencing of events was taking place. He also rebuilt our deck, fence and a pergola. Even when he was just referring us to a sub and not making any money on a specific part of the project, he still acted as the site manager and handled all logistics for us.
We have been hiring him back every year since we built the pool to do other projects and improvements. All our neighbors are or have use his services too. He is the only contractor I never negotiated with, I didn't have to, he is always fair and transparent.
