Minnesota Lake Rentals

From the beginning this was an excellent relationship. Martha appreciated my home and was excited about finding a tenant that would love the house and the garden. She was understanding of my concerns and even anxiety. And she was able to get the information about the house out to traditional and non-traditional sources. The tenants that rented my home do not use the internet so a sign on the boulevard was the key for this rental. She has walked with me through the process of renting the house and gave me the information I needed without making me feel as if I didn't know what I was doing. While, she is not a full service agent, she did what was necessary to get the house rented and provided the service I needed most: background, credit and criminal check. This meant that the cost to me was within my budget. I didn't pay for those items I could do myself. Things like applying for a renters license, getting an inspection, and fulfilling the inspection requirements. She will also follow through on a need by need basis if property management issues are needed in the future. Martha is also a personable and friendly person. She made all of us, tenant and, now, landlady feel comfortable about what was going on.
