All went well as expected!

It went very well. The technician assessed the problem quickly, helped clean off the coils, had the electronic part and fixed it very efficiently.

I called Excelsior when my washer stopped mid-cycle. They were very friendly, and scheduled a service appointment ASAP. Robert arrived on the early portion of the appointment window. He was very professional and courteous. After thoroughly investigating the situation he determined a small sock had become lodged within the mechanisms, which had jammed up the entire machine. He removed and repaired, and my washer is as good as new. He left the laundry area cleaner than when he arrived. I highly recommend Excelsior, and will hire them again if the need arises.

I expected an easy repair for the dishwasher, and it went better than expected (part repair versus replacement). The challenge was finding a part for my vintage stove. They found it and repaired quickly. I appreciated they were up for the challenge and didn't just write it off as an impossible task.

Was the best kind of experience we could hope for: Robert was professional, easy to work with, and solved the problem methodically and patiently. We will definitely be returning to him and this company the next time something comes up.

Well, appliances these days are not made to last. Replacement cost is around $300. $89 service call seemed a worthwhile risk. Kyle the service tech said a transducer was stuck. He has it working for now but to fix the problem we would need a new board. The cost for the board and repair would be similar to a new microwave. So we will buy a new microwave when it stops working again. Kyle also looked at our washing machine, dryer and upright freezer. He said they are old but as long as they are working fine, keep them.

They were on time and recognized the problem right away. My dishwasher was an older model so he had to improvise to repair. He did a great job.

I know the guy so I got a pretty good deal on the cost. I don't remember what it was. They're very good, very responsive. I went over to the warehouse for the Kitchen-Aid, Whirlpool, and I picked it up. That way I saved some money. I brought it out to the house and he came out and put it in. It took probably about an hour to install the dishwasher and about 20 minutes for the microwave. He just had to take the other one out and put the new one in the same spot. It was very good. I think they've always been very good.

I actually figured out what was wrong just minutes before the repair person got here. He quickly confirmed my diagnosis, checked a couple of things, and just charged the minimum fee for a visit. This company made time in their schedule to come the next day, since I had no cooling in my fridge. The other company I called would have required me to wait 3 days.

Repaired without issue. Seemed expensive. Fixed several issues in two visits, one diagnostic the other was the actual repair. Like using smaller local company.

Very well. A part needed to be ordered and a return visit for installation. They came in the timeframe they had indicated and completed the repair.

Service person did a thorough inspection but could find nothing wrong with the range. Temperature problem persists.

Very quick and professional!

We had to wait a couple of weeks, but when they came he solved all of our issues. Figured out problems that other electricians haven't been able to do.
