Dakota Craftsman is a working general contractor. I am involved with the entire project from start to finish and do most of the work myself. I rely on a network of reliable independent contractors to assist when needed. For the last 25years I have been involved in building some of the finest homes in the Twin Cities area. I bring this experience and knowledge to every project and have a reputation as a professional communicator and for providing an exceptional product and experience from start to finish. I offer free estimates. No high pressure sales.

Dakota Craftsman was fantastic.  Punctual on his bid, arrival to the job site and follow up.  Pays attention to detail.  Felt Pat was very honest to the point he was left alone in our home to do the work himself.  I like the fact that the person who bid the job is the person who did the work.  The final bill was right at the quoted number.  No add ons or attempts to add costs which tells me he's thorough, competent, honest, ethical and experienced.  He was also very tidy, cleanng up his work area each day and minmizing the amount of dust as best he could.  I don't think you can go wrong with Dakota Craftsman.  I'll definitely call him again if I need carpentry work.

The whole process went very well, from getting an estimate to the installation. The new door looks great and we are very happy with the quality of the work. Pat was a pleasure to work with and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He arrived right on time and was very courteous. The cost was reasonable (it included the cost of the new door). We would definitely use Dakota Craftsman in the future for home improvement projects and highly recommend it.
