We talked with him in the fall of 2007. The permit was in October 2007. He assured us the job would be complete by the winter. The winter came and he had left all his tools and the holes he had been digging were left exposed. He never contacted us back over a period of six months. We finally contacted him the spring. Jeremy finally came out to do the work and replaced the posts but the clay from the holes were dumped in our backyard. We currently are cleaning up a mess in our back yard, trying to dispose of the clay he left. He had very poor communication. He gave us an estimate in the beginning, he raised it a considerable amount and guaranteed it would not be raised again. During the process in digging the holes he said he might need to raise it again but was not. It was his father that came to work on the job with Jeremy who seemed very professional and finally the job was complete.

Jeremy did a great job on the deck; we're very happy with how it looks and he cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Compared to other companies we considered, his bid was very competitive. His work style is less formal than the other companies in that we didn't get a contract until the work was actually completed and the project kept getting delayed due to weather and other projects he was working on. Overall he was very good to work with.

Jeremey was very personable and professional when he gave his estimate. The job was started and completed when promised, even though the work was done during one of our summer heat waves and the temperature was in the 90s.
