replacement windows
 + -1 moreWe saw an Altobelli display at a home show and arranged for an estimate on a window replacement. The sales rep was very professional in both her appearance and demeanor. She quoted us a price that was in line with other companies that we had called. When the representative of another company came to our home, he immediately recognized the manufacturer's name and told us that our window was still under warranty (we had purchased our home a few years ago and weren't aware of the warranty). He called the manufacturer immediately and arranged for a replacement at no charge for the window. We only paid a minimum charge for the labor. We were very disappointed that the person from Altobelli tried to sell us a new window, rather than recognizing the fact that our defective window was still under warranty.

Description of Work: They were here in May to do the gutters and spouts. We had windows and sliding patio entrance doors installed the next month.

 + -1 moreTheir salesperson was very diligent and extremely knowledgeable about the product. They did a really good job of talking me through the product, planning the project, etc. I really enjoyed kind of working with the salesperson. They did the work very quickly, and it was done well. I liked the warranty on their product. They provided a 10-year warranty with a 100% warranty on materials and labor, which is nice.
Description of Work: They did gutter work for us 2-3 weeks ago. I had initially contacted them 1 month ago.
