Ryan was a pleasure to work with each time. His prices were fair and he was thorough in all his work. On the hot water heater, I reported a hissing sound from a value after it was installed and Ryan came back out in a timely manner and replaced the value. The cost for the leak in the septic drain pipe was covered by the cable company that caused the leak so I don't know how much it cost but Ryan systematically checked for the source of the leak, found it, replaced the broken pipe, and verified the entire system was operational. As this work involved a lot of machine digging, his crew also cleaned up and let the area looking almost undisturbed. I would definitely use him again.
