Description of Work: Me and my father went on a dog sled trip. It was fantastic! Everything went perfect, they took care of everything. I noticed that they have a bad grade. I don't think that really reflects on this company in the right way. They were very good at what they do, and they are the original BOCA dog sled company going back many years. I would and have told every one to go on a trip through them.

 + -1 moreWe have considered using them as a vacation but after getting to know the owners there is NO way we will follow through. Their behavior was incredibly rude, egotistical, and sarcastic. We don't know why they treated us like this and seemingly not others but we know now that we will not spend any of our hard earned money on one of their trips. They need to think about the treatment of people and its ramifications. The husband was spying on us and it was very obvious to us that they wanted to make sure we were doing what they wanted. They also sent their daughter to look into our activities. The wife dumped her beliefs and value system on our daughter instead of dealing with us directly. We found it was insufferable and ridiculous behavior. We could not get out of there fast enough.
Description of Work: We were interested in taking one of their trips.
