 + -1 moreI choose not to go into great detail, as many of the details are a fading memory that I'd prefer to let go of. However, I can say that if you want lots and I mean LOTS of back and forth between you and the mortgage company - this is the one you want. It ranged from continuously saying "just one more thing" to eventually DENYING my loan because one of my buildings paint wasn't up to their standards. So in OCTOBER, in Minnesota...we're painting a building that I intended to tear down after purchase anyhow due to poor maintenance. Just take my advice - don't give these people your money. Side note - this is not the way I feel about Wells Fargo bank, however. They have been great for me.
Description of Work: First, just to clarify, this review reflects Wells Fargo Home Mortgage but not at the specified address. I suspect that address is the local Wells Fargo bank. The good: Great interest rate (best our closing company had ever seen...or we would have dropped mid-process) The bad: Customer Service. I can't even begin to express the anger and frustration I experienced on a daily basis throughout the purchase of our new home. And I can't even lay it on a single individual. The whole process was patheticly difficult and painful to say the least. I would never use them again.

 + 0 moreBad, no service was preformed. They only want your money and don't want to provide a service.
Description of Work: I've never met a bigger bunch of canned B.S. The employees are like robots, totaly programmed to say the same B.S. over and over. You can watch them say the same thing to the person right after you. No services were preformed. I wanted a loan and a 800+ credit score was not good enough for them. The rates they quoted were off the wall. Go to a credit union.
