I choose not to go into great detail, as many of the details are a fading memory that I'd prefer to let go of. However, I can say that if you want lots and I mean LOTS of back and forth between you and the mortgage company - this is the one you want. It ranged from continuously saying "just one more thing" to eventually DENYING my loan because one of my buildings paint wasn't up to their standards. So in OCTOBER, in Minnesota...we're painting a building that I intended to tear down after purchase anyhow due to poor maintenance. Just take my advice - don't give these people your money.
Side note - this is not the way I feel about Wells Fargo bank, however. They have been great for me.
