First, when i was pitched on the service, i was told the dogs would be in their home, but i later found out that they kenneled them in their barn.
Second, i received a call from Stacy saying she was significantly reducing or eliminating the dog sitting business to focus on her husband, mike's, real estate business and could not watch the dogs anymore. Sadly I learned that was not the case and she just apparently could tell me that our dog had become too difficult for them as he aged. (Trust me, I would have understood that reason and not blamed them for being up front.) Turns out they were not reducing the dog business at all as later i heard from other clients that they were still taking care of dogs. Which, i suppose is fine, but i then i received a letter from them soliciting for mike's real estate business. It just felt really unprofessional.
