Their care of my dogs was good as i can tell... Two things: First, when i was pitched on the service, i was told the dogs would be in their home, but i later found out that they kenneled them in their barn. Second, i received a call from Stacy saying she was significantly reducing or eliminating the dog sitting business to focus on her husband, mike's, real estate business and could not watch the dogs anymore. Sadly I learned that was not the case and she just apparently could tell me that our dog had become too difficult for them as he aged. (Trust me, I would have understood that reason and not blamed them for being up front.) Turns out they were not reducing the dog business at all as later i heard from other clients that they were still taking care of dogs. Which, i suppose is fine, but i then i received a letter from them soliciting for mike's real estate business. It just felt really unprofessional.

Stacy & her husband, Mike, are absolutely fantastic. Without hesitation, I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a pet sitter or dog walker in the area. My puppy absolutely loves Stacy & Mike and gets so excited every time that she sees them. Riley was only four months old when she stayed with Stacy & Mike for the first time so I was nervous leaving her, but they took such good care of her. Stacy called me with updates and left a note when they returned her home (that's right -- they pick your pet up and drop her off when they pet sit). Riley is also walked or in play groups every work day and she's always exhausted afterwards! They leave great notes to let you know how your pet did during the day, and it's always fun to see the note when you get home!

Great. Always. I trust Stacy and Mike - they are very honest and hard-working. My dog gets her exercise and socialization and I am happy that she is so well taken care of. There have been times when I am unexpectedly having a long work day and Stacy has accommodated my need to add an extra day's walk that week, with no problem...even when I've made the request the same day. She has never canceled a walk, she is extremely reliable and responsible.
