We used this company for a custom home build and would not recommend them. It was a constant battle to stay on budget and schedule, they attempted to charge us for change orders we did not agree to, and still claim we owe them thousands of dollars for work in change orders they presented to us after they did the work, without our consent. We had complaints and a lien from sub contractors that were not paid on time. They have not followed up on warranty issues and have dropped communication with us. We still have a mess in our master bathroom that should be covered under warranty but we have been told that they cant get their subs to come back to fix the work. Very disappointing, I would not recommend this company.
