Very professional and efficient. I needed it installed on a short notice to meet closing date to sell the house. He fit me into his schedule and got the unit installed, wired and retested to pass in time for the closing date. Also the lowest price of the estimates.

Jeremy was exactly what we needed. We got a quick and precise quote. He talked us through everything including necessary codes to follow in St Paul, handled permits, and presented options. The day of the service he arrived on time and was done and cleaned up in 3 hours (less than expected). Would recommend to anyone.

Jeremy showed up for the initial appointment right on time, and he and his employee, showed up for the installation right on time. I can't recall a more pleasant experience. They were courteous, professional, and did an outstanding job leaving a clean work area, for a very reasonable price. I would rate them as A+++++.

Jeremy provided a top notch service, right from the beginning. He came out, inspected the situation and provided me with a proposal. Much of his competition just provided a bid over the phone, which when doing construction work can be somewhat of an uneasy feeling. He installed a system in specific location, which had difficult access to the roof and it looked great once completed. He was very professional, clean and reliable.

During sale of house, buyer's inspection radon test resulted in need for a radon mitigation system. Installed system and come back for follow up test to confirm systems. They guarantee their work at reasonable price..Other bids were all over the map in terms of price and nowhere as professional.

Description of Work: Twin Cities Radon responded very quick to our request for radon mitigation. Jeremy came out the same week to look at our house and gave us an estimate the same day. The system was installed the following week and a retest was done. Our levels are now lower than 1.0 which is a tremendous improvement from the 12.7 it was before. Jeremy arrived on time, left our house in the same condition it was before he arrived, and came back when he said he would to get the test. The price was very reasonable and lower than other companies had quoted us. Very pleasant experience and we will recommend Twin Cities Radon Services to anyone who needs radon mitigation in the future.
