Jim Sales is the owner. We completely gutted our kitchen and they started from scratch. It was a big job and they were just fabulous. His whole team of workers were very clean. We lived in chaos for 3 months but, despite the inconvenience, they were a joy to work with. He was very responsive. If he committed to something and it was not going to work out, he would call and let you know. The craftsmanship was absolutely top notch. He had a great sense of humor and was an absolute joy to work with. His sister, Leslie, is also part of the business and she was wonderful as well. I had pretty much done all the design work myself, but they did some drawings more to scale for us, which was very helpful. I knew very much what I wanted. I know they do provide design services. Their price is very fair. We paid what we expected to pay. They were at the mercy of the scheduling of sub-contractors but we only had one little snag. I expected some times where people would not be able to come. I did not hold Jim accountable for some scheduling conflicts. They are very down to earth people with no pretense. They can speak your language. I appreciated his knowledge of older homes and the integrity of working in an older home. It meant a lot to me. Our home was built in the 20s and we wanted to make sure the renovations fit. He had a lot of expertise with that that was helpful, and yet he listened to your ideas. He would offer an opinion but not force feed his ideas. We had used him for a bathroom model before but we primarily picked him due to the work he did in our neighbor's kitchen. We would certainly use him again.

Overall, the interior looks at least as good as it did before the water damage. One worker was having medical issues which did impact the timeliness of completion. However, the owner maintained frequent contact and insured the work was completed to our satisfaction. The bid was very detailed and professionally prepared.

It's turning out really nice and I would absolutely use this company again.
