STUMNE-ROVICK CONSTRUCTION

This turned into a nightmare. We spoke with Michelle in September before starting the project to make sure that an October 28 deadline can be met or we were not going to start. She promised that it would be met and to not worry. Well it all started great. She was over doing work and so on. Then she called the mudder to come over and told me the price would be between 100-150.00. He charged us 400.00 because he had to keep coming back because Michelle called him way too soon. Then she forgot to put in our thermostat for the warm floor so she had to cut a hole into our new drywall. After walking on cables for about two weeks, she takes a look at the thermostat and realizes we need to call an electrician. We took care of this ourselves. On October 22 I asked if she is going to finish on time because our tile is still not on the floor. She could not commit to this. She told my husband that I had way too high expectations from her to get this all done. We fired her on Wednesday 23.

Everything went great!! She was one time and ready to go until it was done. Very determined. She knew exactly what she needed to do to get the job done. We were a little nervous being that the door did not fit perfectly in the line up. She looked at it and figured it out that we needed one little thing of trim and she was off to pick it up and put it in place. It all turned out great!! We look at it everyday and are thankful for finding Michelle.
