+ -1 moreI tried contacting this company for information on getting a vanity for our bathroom, and they were completely disinterested in helping me. First it took days for them to respond to my simple email inquiry, which they didn't answer my question but gave me the price for a different product, and then when I clarified I got a one line "no we can't do that" to which I responded with further clarification because they once again were not reading my request thoroughly. No response. No thanks, I'll bring my business to someone who cares about customer service. Please note, this does not reflect upon the quality of their product, as I was not able to experience it. I will update if my experience changes.
Description of Work: They had a posting on craigslist about their services, and we are in need of a specialty vanity, so I thought I'd give them a try!
