We interviewed several contractors before we decided to go with ProGuard. By far they were the most honest and genuine people we had the pleasure of meeting. We appreciated that they were not a hard sell pressuring us to hire them as other contactors had done. John Labatt of ProGuard treated us with respect and listened to our needs. I had done my research as well. I spoke with several of their former clients, all of whom said they would hire ProGuard again in the future. I was sold!

Despite the ridiculous difficulities with our insurance company, John was patient, courteous, and supportive. Once an agreement with the insurance company was made, it took less than 2 days for him to set the work in motion. The dumpster and roofing supplies arrived and the roofing crew began work immediately finishing less than 2 days later. What a professional crew! Not only were they polite and respectful of my home, they were extremely careful about keeping a clean yard for me as I have children and dogs. My DirecTV dish was even returned to it's original location perfectly with no service interuption.

The siding, gutter, and power/wash and stain crews were just a professional! All in all, the work took less than 2 weeks to complete. It was an amazing turn-around time considering the amount of work that needed to be completed and weather that didn't always cooperate. John kept us informed every step of the way and made sure all questions were answered immediately. When the work was done, it was as if no one had ever been here... no garbage, debris, nails or screws, not even a single cigarette butt to be found anywhere! The final paperwork was completed immediately as well. My home looks beautiful because of the intergrity and work ethic displayed by ProGuard's crews! They truely take pride in their work and clearly respect John Labatt and the company.

We live in a and quot;storm alleyand quot; that seems to get worse as the years pass. When our home is hit again, there is no question that we will be contacting John Labatt at ProGuard to take care of us again.

A drunk driver smashed into our garage door and our cars were stuck in the stall. The door was so badly damaged that we were afraid there might be some structural damage to the garage. We contacted John from ProGuard on a friend's recommendation, and he had someone out within two hours to check things out and get the door temporarily braced open so we could get the cars out. When we contacted the insurance company, they told us they were only going to replace the damaged door. At first we thought that seemed ok, but then we found out that we would end up with mismatching doors because there were no matches for our existing doors. John gave us some really good advice about how to approach the insurance company about replacing both doors. We now have new, MATCHING garage doors that look great! This company really helped us out of a tight spot. We will definitely recommend them and would use them again.
