Jeff came and fixed the pipe within an hour of time. Was nice to deal with in person and on the phone.

It went well. He told me at the beginning exactly what he was going to do. He asked where in the well pit area I wanted the new water tank placed. He was agreeable to placing it in a corner to preserve as much floor area as possible for other uses.
This was a most pleasant transaction.

Tammy (the coordinator?) was very friendly and accommodating. Chris (the plumber) was punctual and professional.  He repaired the leak and provided guidance on future occurrences (may need to replace).  Excellent service experience.  We will definitely use this company again.

They warned us beforehand that such an old and corroded pipe might just disintegrate when they started messing with it to remove it, in which case we'd need to dig out into our yard and replace a large section.  However, he did a great job of carefully removing and replacing just what he needed to.  The finished work looked great...much better than the workmanship of a previous plumber we had hired to replace the shutoff valve higher up on that pipe.  He showed me his progress periodically so that I understood what he was doing, and he also cleaned up after himself.  He was here quite awhile, so although at first we wondered about the cost, once we saw the complexity of the job and the length of time it took to complete, we realized that the price was reasonable.

I had a plumber. The name of the company is Nowthen Plumbing Inc. We are remodeling the bathroom. The cost included materials, labor and the cement floor, re-smoothing the cement floor. They were here for about 5 hours and it was just one guy. My husband checked all over for the price and that was good. Absolutely we would continue using them in the future.

He came quickly to assess the old one; figured out the problem, explained it well and recommended a new one and had it there and installed the same day.  Extremely flexible, professional and easy to work with.

They were wonderful. Everything worked out beautifully.

Everything went well. Jeff at Nowthen was very responsive, did an outstanding job of keeping me informed of progress and cost. I'd definitely use their services again.
