Tom & his son did a great job for us! They removed a couple of trees for us over the last 2 years. They were friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great communication and fair pricing. Tom scheduled a visit to look at our trees promptly after my first call with him. The stump grinding and tree trimming work was scheduled timely and completed on time. All of the debris was cleared quickly. We were very pleased with the end result and will have North Country back again in the future.

Tree Stump Removal
Ground the stump down below the surface, but when I have to level the ground to match the existing ground level, it will be nearly above ground again. Plus, he left a large root at the base of the stump there that will have to be ground down or chopped out. Not happy!

"You said stump was no bigger than 8" it was about 13" 2nd. o roots were exposed above ground and area I ground was close 20" square and 8" deep. You never asked me to price fixing your grade, this would take grinding dirt to about a 3'-4' diameter around area I did grind. Sorry you were " not happy " but I did grind out more than you asked me to quote- 8" stump deep enough to throw some dirt in to grow grass was what You asked for and paid for."
