After getting 8 quotes, my husband and I felt that Metro Siding was the right choice for our new siding, gutters, and fascia.  They were about in the middle price-wise, but our rep, Mike, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion before we committed.  The job itself went smoothly although there were a few delays.  Any minor issues we had were addressed right away after we communicated about them.  Excellent quality of work--good communication with the front office.  My only suggestion for improvement--better introduction and communication between the actual work team and the homeowner is needed.

I called them on the phone, described my problem. The woman that answered set me up with an appointment immediately and said she could bill me for payment. The worker showed up the very next day I believe and completed the work quickly and left no mess. It was a painless experience and I appreciated their quick response !

Larry was fantastic. He came out right away, was professional and gave us a competative bid. Easy to talk to, personable, with no pressure. He explained everything to us very clearly. He was on the jobsite everyday to check on things and followed up with the walk through to make sure I was OK with everything. The Father and son instal crew was prompt, reliable and did QUALITY work. They were a bit slower than other crews I've seen in the area but it was worth it. They completed custom work to make sure a few difficult spots were done correctly and water tight. I feel very good about the quality of their work. The Tyvek was taped completely in all areas. They seem to have a very strong work ethic and pride in what they do together. Also very respectful and professional. They cleaned up the entire yard perfectly when they were finished. I would definately use them again.
