MAJESTIC MASONRY INC

Majestic Masonry was the subcontractor for my builder. We bought our moved into our new townhome in Elk River 8/31/2016. As with all new homes they come with a one year warranty. On 4/1/2017 I both confirmed that our driveway was under warranty and had serious issues. The builder gave me song and dance - for the next two years. I found out yesterday (5/13/2019) that the dance was because Majestic refused to back up their work. They used poor materials but claimed "their workmanship was good". Uh, no, it wasn't. No Class 5 under the driveway, just poured on dirt and rock. They used poor materials, concrete that is crumbling and falling apart. What kind of a company refuses to stand behind their poor work like this? In my previous house I had a concrete driveway five times this size, 15 years old, and today it looks virtually new. My "new" driveway is less than three years old and looks 20 years old. I would avoid these guys like the plague. Find someone who stands behind their product.

They gave us an estimate and scheduled the work on the spot. Came out when they promised. Arrived early in the morning and were gone by mid afternoon. We get many complements from strangers in our neighborhood telling us how nice it looks!
