MAGNUM POOL & SPA SERVICE INC

We bought this house several years ago and went through two companies before finding this service through a recommendation. They came and did a great job and the pool has never looked better. They seem to really understand the chemistry and are realistic about costs, etc. Our spa is not working and they recommended that we hold off until the end of the summer to buy a new one when they are on sale. Since we don't use it in the summer anyway, I appreciated the advice.

Two parts to this story:  Mark, the technician that came out was very good!
Bill, the service manager(?) kept delaying this install because he was too busy in May - Understandable since swimming season was just to begin.  So I waited and called again.  Mid summer he still was too busy and didn't want to do the job that his pool competitor said he would do for the other pool company.  It wasn't until I called up that other pool company and complained that Bill got back to me and finally sent out Mark the technician.  Just my opinion, but i feel Bill charged an excessive amount for this install at over $ 100 per hour.

They are very thorough and responsive. Their prices are very reasonable and I would recommend to others.

We have used this company for a long time. I think that the price is not cheap, but they provide quality service on a daily basis. It is difficult to get them to reply quickly in the summer, but they are busy.
