+ -1 moreHE DOES OTHER REMODELING WORK AS WELL, SO I'M RELUCTANT TO CATEGORIZE HIM UNDER JUST KITCHEN AND BATH RENOVATION. HE IS VERY SKILLED. MIKE IS AN EXCELLENT GENERAL CONTRACTOR. HE REALLY CAN HELP DEVELOP A VISION FOR A PROJECT. HE IS VERY DEDICATED TO DOING A GREAT JOB. I SHOULD NOTE THAT WE HAD NOT UNDERTAKEN A PROJECT LIKE THIS BEFORE, SO OUR SENSE WAS THAT HIS BID WAS MORE THAN WE LIKE TO HAVE PAID BUT I DO NOT REALLY HAVE A FAIR SENSE OF IF IT WAS TOO HIGH. WE HAD ONE OTHER BID FROM A CONTRACTOR WHO WAS GOOD, BUT NOT AS POLISHED AS MIKE SO IT WAS HARD TO COMPARE.
Description of Work: MIKE REMODELED A BATHROOM FOR US AND SOME OTHER LIGHT 'HANDY WORK' AROUND OUR HOME.
