Joe Mitchell was great. He inspected the current roof, even looking in our attic when we had concerns about mold on the plywood roofing underlayment. He discovered that our ventilation chutes were clogged and included replacing them in his bid. He provided a competitive bid and was easy to schedule the work with. He took care of getting a dumpster and having the shingles delivered. His crew were very hard workers, moving quickly to get the job done, including all the heavy labor of replacing the plywood. Removing the old roof caused a lot of debris, but his crew was vigilant in picking up every piece. I would highly recommend them!
