Zero contact before and after the job. Didn’t let us know they were coming so they over sprayed all over my pickup. Also decided to tear out a plant we had transplanted into our backyard from our wedding ceremony. We should’ve known better when we had to ask multiple times to even get a quote or get on a schedule. We were wrong.

Zach was excellent at communicating our options. He was the only landscape company that gave us a blue print of the area and pictures of the brick to be used. We rent our cabin via VRBO and have received many compliments on the work Greenscape has done.

They do snow plowing in the winter. The staffs were friendly. I have only talked to them on the phone. When they have a route, you can’t beat everybody’s house first. I never paid much attention to it. They are fairly prompt. Their prices are good. I compared their prices with others and other companies doubled their cost. I had a good deal. We’ve used them for several years now.

We very much appreciated their services. They had a good eye for the landscaping, a lot of great ideas, and were also very flexible. They were on time and always professional. They did a really nice job. They are not the least expensive but in looking at some of the work of other landscapers, we definitely came to the conclusion that we got what we paid for!

One of the Maple trees died and they did not want to replace it since the tree was "half live". They finally did replace the tree after going back and forth. They also brought in a lot of rock, but they did not dig down for a pit. We had to have this redone by another company. I do not feel they provide quality work and I would not use them again.

Greenscape initiated the call to remind me of the service needed. My schedule was limited and they were able to perform the service on Sunday which was the only day that worked for me.
