Very poor quality roofing and siding work, twice installed windows improperly (couldn't open them) and then wouldn't stand behind the work. We had to get a different contractor to fix our window issues. We had an inspection this spring which showed our roof had been leaking since Glacier Construction did the re-roof. It also showed that Glacier Construction did not do any of the necessary caulking.Our insurance adjustor has also informed me that Tim Keen/Glacier Construction is a "storm chasing" contractor and should be avoided. After our experience with them I would tend to agree.
