PERFECT EXECUTION. ELK RIVER HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING HAS BEEN SERVICING OUR NEEDS FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS. NEVER DISAPPOINTED. THE ORIGINAL CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONER THAT CAME WITH OUR HOUSE FAILED ON A SATURDAY AT 3:00 PM AND EDDIE HAD A COMPLETELY NEW UNIT UP AND RUNNING BY 3:00 MONDAY AFTERNOON. MATT, THE BUSINESS OWNER, STOPPED BY ON FRIDAY SHORTLY AFTER I CALLED HIM. HE TESTED AND CONFIRMED FAILURE OF THE UNIT. HE THEN SHOT ME A PRICE AND WE SHOOK HANDS ON THE DEAL. I TRUST HIM IMPLICITLY. THIS TRANSPIRED DURING A HOT SPELL WHICH I'M SURE MUST HAVE STRETCHED THE COMPANY'S RESOURCES. WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL FOR MATT'S PROMPT ATTENTION AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

I called Matt and he had me perform some tests over the phone. When that didn't work he told me because of the urgency he would move me up in the schedule and call me back with a time. He called the next day to tell me Eddie would reach out to me early AM, which he did and arrived before 9AM. Eddie got right to work and identified the problem quickly, and got the unit up and running. A few hours after he left it started operating erratically, and he returned and found/fixed another problem. Works fine now a month later. Can't thank you guys enough. Bill

He was just giving us little tips of things that we could do to save energy cost. He was very helpful. He was great. Obviously, if he wasn't, I wouldn't have called him back for a second time.

We've used them multiple times and they've been amazing. What was nice about them was that they quoted us to replace it and then the guy flat-out was like, "You do know that I could just sell you the part and you could put it in yourself and save you $300." He was very upfront and honest. They were fair with their pricing. They don't try to hide seize or anything else from you. They were perfect. They gave me their personal cell phone numbers and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call them at any time. They got the job done the same day.

Contacted company late Saturday evening. Phone was answered promptly by owner of company. Helped me trouble shoot issue over the phone. Was able to reset furnace and it was functioning again. Made service appt. for Monday. Technician arrived and told me my brand of furnace was not very popular at the time of installation (+21 years old) and that not many replacement parts were available for this model. He was very friendly and courteous. He downloaded furnace manual on his phone and was able to clean the part which controlled the thermostat and the flame. When he left I felt confident that the problem had been resolved. Great customer service received from owner Matt.
