They came when they said they would. They did not realize that a landscape rock was thrown in the process and broke in a basement window. They came back out and replaced the window. Very honest and nice guys. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Mike and his crew are AWESOME! Not only did they do a great job with cleaning up, they were working with one tree in a really tight space (hanging over my neighbor's house, about 1 foot away from a fence, and hemmed in on the other side by small pine trees, in the middle of my landscaped garden no less!). When they were done, the only indication that they were there was just a little bit of sawdust. They used the "cherry picker" to take down the limbs from over my neighbor's house and didn't even touch it. His quote was less than the other 2 guys I had quote the job, and he did as close to perfection as I've ever seen. Don't look any further for a contractor, choose Eagle Tree Service.

We spent about $2000 on that service. They were really well-priced and were the cheapest among the various companies we called around. They were also very prompt, very professional and they cleared everything up very nicely. They were also very friendly and we were very satisfied with them. They left things very neatly and they took both trees down very nicely and ground down the stumps and flattened out where the trees used to be.

THEY WERE VERY NICE GUYS. ONE GUY EVEN BROUGHT HIS DOG, WHO JUST RAN AROUND THE TREE WHILE HE TRIMMED IT. THEY WEREN'T RUSHED, THE YARD WAS CLEANED UP WELL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF TAKING DOWN BIG LIMBS WITHOUT HITTING THE NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE OR POWER LINES. I'VE NEVER HAD TREE WORK DONE BEFORE, BUT THEY MADE IT VERY EASY. I NEVER FELT LIKE THEY WERE RIPPING ME OFF OR LIKE THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

HE IS VERY GOOD, CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE DOES BRING HIS DOG ALONG BUT IS VERY NICE. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE HIM.
