Doug was very easy to work with, he communicated with me on a daily basis as to the progress of the basement project. Through out the process, I wanted to make a few changes in the bathroom, Doug was very agreeable with my request to change the plan and even made other recommendations from his 15 years of experience. I was very impressed and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work that was done.
