I had an unexpected visit with a cat about a year ago. First time I brought him in she diagnosed him with a upper respiratory infection and found that he was very dehydrated with kidney failure.  I was showed how to do the fluids and antibiotics.  On day 4 I called back and didn't feel like the cat was getting better and something isn't right.  She had me bring him in on a Sunday at 2pm while they were closed, an hour after I called her, and I didn't leave until 7pm that night. She ended up performing a chest x-ray because my 7 pound cat had gained 2 pounds in 2 days and we found out that his bladder had burst due to all the fluids. Then she turned around and did an ultrasound.  She also obstructed fluid from body to verify it was the same fluid in the bladder and the stomach.  She did all of this without charging me. Unfortunately, we had to put him down. She was absolutely amazing.  Thus, now she has my business for all of my other animals.

It was good. Our dog had been in the kennel and got sick while we were gone and they got him there and we just continued to go there. Probably the staff keeps us going there. They do excellent care. They care about each animal. They are a little pricey.

I requested that my dog receive a dental cleaning and remove fatty tumors from my dog. I made it clear during the initial pre-op appointment the the priority was a dental cleaning followed by tumor removal with consideration of my dog's age and our desire for quick recovery. The vet I initially talked to was not the person who conducted the surgery so you can probably tell where this is heading.....
The operation started with tumor removal and the dental cleaning never happened because of complications with removing one of the tumors. This is an example of poor decision making as the vet got in over her head and required assistance from a more experienced surgeon. I wish they had listened to me so my dog did not have to needlessly suffer with an extended recover period including bleeding complications.
Also, this vet is very expensive. Expect a and quot;wellness examand quot; of $50 every time you bring your pet in which amounts to a eye, ears and heartbeat checks which literally takes less than 5 minutes. I do not consider this a value.

In general however, my experience there has been a and quot;Band quot; performance. Although expensive they are conveniently located for me and the principal vets do seem to care and balance the needs of the pet and values of the pet owner.

The staff was very friendly and the facility clean.

They're just a good place that cares about pets. Their price is reasonable. They answer any questions or concerns that we have very thoroughly. We will continue to take our animals here for future care.
