Poor installation, setup and pricing. The quality of the materials used were average, about what you could get buying from Lowe's or Home Depot. For my lawn, there is excessive zone overlap and too many sprinkler heads on the individual zones. This causes poor performance on all the sprinkler heads. One of the zones was just left with an exposed pipe, I specifically asked it to be cut off and capped several times. The control box wasn't mounted where I had asked and caused me to have to go to the store buy extra sprinkler wire and move it myself. I had a dedicated water line in my house ran for the sprinkler system and the contractor agreed to use it. When I came home from work, I found the exterior water spigot cut off, re-mounted on a T adapter and my dedicated water line became useless since they used the water spigot line. This bothered me because the water spigot lines were smaller in diameter then the dedicated irrigation line.
I was really unhappy with this install last year, multiple sprinkler heads are not working, low pressure, and poor coverage / over-coverage of certain areas.
