Appliance Doctors

I can do the routine stuff on most of our appliances.  Anyway I checked both solenoids and the igniter.  These all tested out okay.  I didn't know what else to check so I called Appliance Doctors.  They said it would be $66 for a service call and they thought that the igniter and solenoids weren't getting power.  This turned out to be true.  There was a burned out fuse in the dryer.



Appliance Doctors were prompt and professional.  I am surprised that they don't have more reviews. I will recommend Appliance Doctors to friends and family.

I would hire him back anytime.

I was very impressed with the man that came out, he had the parts with him, it went very quickly, and he was able to give me tips on things to watch out for. I found that the price they charged was competitive, they did not overcharge for the parts. I was very happy with the service.

I called in the morning and Gary was able to come in the late afternoon! My washer works like new again! Excellent, everything went well. Gary was neat and I appreciated his work.

Gary called me back within an hour or two - (on a Sunday!) which was so very appreciated because I then could make the arrangements necessary to be at home when he needed me to be there without it being at the very last minute. He asked for some basic info over the phone and scheduled to come out between 2 and 4:00 on Monday (the next day). Gary showed up well within that timeframe. He quickly got to work and found bad news for us. He explained the situation and made the decision that a new washer would be our best option. I asked him for his opinion and he provided me with some good information to go shopping. I'm not happy about having to replace our washer but that's not at all Gary's fault and I appreciated his explanations and what I felt was an honest assessment of the situation. He was very pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to have him come again.

They were excellent! My wife was very satisfied.

Called in the morning and they were able to come before noon. Service call was $58 which I think is relatively reasonable. Did a great job at figuring out the problem and fixing it on the spot.
