The owner, Gretchen is very personable. She is very helpful with ideas of what will look good and what wont. She never fails me when offering suggestions and I have learned to listen to her because it will turn out better. She often delivers the items I have ordered herself, or makes it very convenient for me to pick them up or meet her somewhere.
