Process went very well. Estimate was provided within days of the request and the price was very competitive with other estimates I had been provided. Requesting a setup date went pretty smoothly and they were out and completed the work on the day we had scheduled. I am quite happy with the result of the work and would not hesitate to call them again should I need similar work done.

I'm really blown away by the tremendously improved appearance of our new house. The front two slabs of the concrete driveway had been sunken for so long and so deep that there was a mini-garden growing the width of our driveway. The slab of the walk right in front of the porch was tilted and had pulled loose from the bottom step, leaving a crack large enough for a colony of bees to use as a hive. (We don't use the front door often, so we didn't even know they were there until the work began and disturbed them!) The rest of the walk was sloped away from the garage, and the slabs had big gaps between them. A-1 arrived well within the time frame they'd given us and went right to work. The two-man team was very coordinated and got the job done in about 1.5 hrs. They took everything in stride and handled it all professionally (no muss, no fuss!) - even the bees. (A-1 even brought their own Raid!) To top it all off, they power-washed the driveway, the front porch, and even adjoining patches of grass, I can't believe it: our house now has real CURB-APPEAL! Because of this year's weird weather and short Spring, A-1 has a heavy schedule, but they were definitely worth waiting for!

2 patios worked well. I believe the job would have gone better had we waited until the lawns had dried out.

A1 showed up on the day and the time they had promised me.At first glance A1 believed the raising of our sidewalk would be a simple matter, unfortunately it didn't turn out that way. After drilling a few holes in the sidewalk, they started pumping their mud-jacking mixture into the holes, however the sidewalk would not raise up. It appears that when our sidewalk was originally poured some of the concrete seeped underneath the stoop which was stopping the sidewalk from being raised.A1 spend about 20 minutes or more using a special concrete chainsaw to cut away the sidewalk from the stoop. Once that was completed, they were able to begin raising that section of the sidewalk. To add to their frustration, as the section against the stoop began rising another issue arose. The two sections they were trying to raise were joined together and when they raised one corner, the opposite corner would drop. After lots of tweaking, drilling new holes, and pumping more mud, they finally got the sidewalk to a satisfactory position. While the sidewalk isn't as level as I would like, nor does the water drain away how I would like, it is considerably better than before they started. To their credit, A1 did not give up, nor did they try to charge me more than what they bid.I would definitely use them again.
