insulation
 + -1 moreI tried to use Master Cleaners to remove old insulation from my attic. Gary told me over the phone that I would get 50% off by using his equipment to remove the insulation myself. The next day he gave me a quote of $90 off a $390 job. On the day of the job, he arrived an hour late, and took one hour to set up the equipment. After starting, his equipment broke down. Equipment breaks, I understand. However, he was unable to repair the equipment in a timely fashion and I was on the hook for a $300 fee for dumpster rental. All-in-all, I paid $300 for a dumpster that I didn't use, and I wasted a day.
