We randomly called him out of Elgin. It was a night time call. It was 8.30 at night so it was off hours. He came and fixed the part. He didn't charge us the overtime because he had worked late and had just got home anyway. He came and he was in and out. He was really knowledgeable. He was awesome. I called my grandma who is in Eyota as well. She had him down as the furnace guy and had just the number. She didn't have his name and she didn't have anything else. We called him and he was awesome. The price included the parts and labor. We lucked out. We would definitely call him back again.
