Vince and his staff provided excellent service and were both upfront and honest. He began with a meeting to explain what options were available and the benefits/drawbacks for each. We then began collecting all of the necessary documents. Everybody was helpful and provided prompt replies to any questions. When the actual closing arrived, it turned out that our bank had made an error on the cashier's check. Vince immediately got on the phone to straighten everything out. Thankfully everything came together in the end!
