 + -1 moreJason and David were extremely helpful in assisting me in selection of my new drawer pulls; even refunding me for the one drawer pull I decided not to use, and ordering me one to replace one which was defective, and having it sent directly to my home. They gave me a very good price, less than what I had found on several websites. I have used this store many times before and will continue to buy all my drawer hardware from them. They are so helpful and will bend over backwards to please the customer. Very happy with all of my dealings with people and product from this store.

 + -1 moreWe were so pleasedwith the promptness, knowledge, expertise and courtesy of Paul as well as the store personnel. The store has an abundance of new hardware for doors and cabinets and much more as well as the access to repairs which means a lot to owners of older properties who are interested in staying with the original design of existing hardware!
Description of Work: We had lost the key to our 60 year old front door which was equipped with a good quality brass handle and deadbolt. The thumb latch had become detached and we thought it had snapped off so we took the whole thing into the Brass Handle. Paul, their excellent repairman, explained that nothing had broken, it just came off because the mechanism that springs it back into place needed lubrication. So we put it back together, oiled it and it now works perfectly! He is ordering a new part so we can use the same key as for the other door.
