We will never use this company again! We sent several texts and voice mails to let them know that was terrible work and that the seal coat was coming off in places and they left the bottom of our driveway a mess and didn’t replace the caulk that was removed.The workers played a lot of basketball ball on my hoop instead of working. I even sent them messages with pics showing it. All they did was take $30. Off . I just wanted what I paid for and I didn’t get that at all. We even stayed off our drive even longer then what they told us and it still came off with the asphalt showing. Now we are stuck with this.

Another 1 star. Why isn't there a negative or 0 stars? I would given them a -5 for staying far away from these crooks. Also, I should have done my due diligence here. These guys are crooks. They don't answer the phone. They did a horrible job on my driveway. Please do NOT use them. I could have done the exact same job myself. Why would we consider them a PRO? They're not. They did a cheap _ss job and then refused to address. They SOLICIT my business in my neighborhood. My neighbors were surprised I used them. I just bought the house. Short story. Refused to remedy the problems them dared to charge me a $10 late for after 5 months now. Get these guys out of here!!!

The work was done in a timely manner and I paid them immediately upon invoicing. They cashed my check on 8/8 and i have sent a shot of this cashed check to them. I just received their 5th phone call for me to pay them today! I spoke to their office 4 other times giving them my check number but they still continued to harass me to a point it should be illegal. I see that other reviewers have had the same exact issue. I am thinking is is now a scam to get more payments from their customers as some may have forgotten that they paid? Makes no other sense that multiple people have experience this horrible treatment. BUYERS BEWARE!

The work was done satisfactorily. I paid their bill IMMMEDIATELY upon receipt, and I have the cancelled check to prove it. However, they keep HOUNDING ME TO PAY AGAIN, every month since May (now November). Now threatening collections. I've called them SEVERAL times and can only leave a message. NO RESPONSE. Then they started texting me last month. I've texted them back copies of the cancelled check, which they somehow "lose" or ignore. I got a call from them yesterday, and they claimed to have no knowledge of any of this. I'M SO FREAKIN' FRUSTRATED. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL management and customer service.

I was not happy with the end product. Neighbors would walk by and comment that the work was not up to the standards of other sealing done in the neighborhood. I communicated my dissatisfaction multiple times and the company was not responsive; only wanted to be paid. After 4 more months Superior Asphalt again wanted to be paid and I forwarded the text messages I had said that I was not satisfied and wanted someone to come out to see it. Now I get a phone call from the owner insinuating I am not taking good care of my property because I could not recall when the last sealing was done. I live in a lovely neighborhood and have pride in my property inside and out. After continuing to defend his work (without coming out to see it) and telling me how he was going to lose money, I pretty much was done with this company. Why would I pay for a job that was not done properly and even neighbors could see it. I would not work with Superior Asphalt again.

They are good, on time and did a good work.

Superior Asphalt worked on my driveway. Due to a mistake on my part (sprinklers), the work needed to be redone. They were excellent to work with and did the driveway again for no additional charge. I am more than pleased with both their services and customer support. I would absolutely use their services again. My driveway looks brand new again, thank you!

Overall was initially satisified. Not what summer is over we can see some of the old color of the asphalt coming through. I don't believe they put on a thick enought coat.

Superior Asphalt was super responsive--they sent out a team promptly and did a great job. I didn't even realize how many cracks there were to fill, but they went above and beyond to make sure my tired old driveway looked practically new again. They were courteous and efficient--I would recommend them to anyone!

I wish I had better experience dealing with the owner and one of the crew member of the company. Receptionist was very kind, respectful and nice.

Our driveway looked fine but there some patching needed here and there, nothing major to fix but WOW...! They refinished the surface or stained it, sealed it, whatever they did.... and now our driveway looks absolutely brand new. I’m so happy with it!!! I think our HOA negotiated a minor discount but even their list prices are reasonable and competitive. Bravo!!

They did a great job. very careful with the landscaping. wouldn't have even known they had been there if it wasn't for the great looking concrete.

Very good jof of resurfacing driveway. I was very pleased.

Our driveway was laid down in 1986, there has been a lot settling and compacting over the years creating a lot of cracks big and small. Superior Asphalt cleaned and repaired every crack and resealed the drive without spilling over onto the curb, apron or yard and it looks great. Superiors crew was very courteous and professional.

The process takes a little leap of faith, their communication is through voicemail and the time slots are pretty wide. We didn't need to be home for service so it worked out. Worksite was clean after the job. The result is roughly as advertised, but this is a temporary solution for worn asphalt. It looked great upon application but tire marks and other wear (even footprints) show up even if you follow their directions. They fade as new marks appear and seems to be a characteristic of the seal product. It has stretched the life of our driveway and restored a consistent appearance.

I wouldn't recommend them.

Superior did an Excellent job on our driveway. They had left a flyer at our house with an estimate. I called to confirm the date they said they would be in our neighborhood. They showed up on time. Prepped the driveway, and applied the sealant. This is the best application we have ever had. We are very happy with the quality of the work. We will use Superior again!

About this time last week I got a flier with a quote on my front door while I was at work. My driveway has not been seal coated since it was installed (by an unknown company just before we moved in) so I knew it was time and had been looking around anyway. I called to take them up on their offer as it was within $5 of offers I have seen on Groupon by companies with lower satisfaction ratings. The work was completed 2 days ago and I am VERY happy. They did a little edging of the grass that was creeping on to the driveway, otherwise there was no evidence on my lawn of them being there. The person in their office was super friendly when I talked to her. Overall a very positive experience and I plan on using them again in 3ish years when my driveway needs another seal.

Responded to quoted ad left at door. Work was scheduled and promptly performed as advertised. Quality of work was excellent and crew was polite. The crew did, unfortunately pound the stake for the tape off at the end of the driveway through a water line for my sprinkler system. When I spoke with the lady who called me back with my concern, she was very polite and simply told me to get it fixed and they would credit the repair cost from my bill. My only minor complaint is that you always need to leave a message as there apparently is no one answering the phone during business hours. A minor inconvenience however. I will use them again in the future.
