I have used Scoopy Poo for about five years now and couldn't be happier. Their customer service and professionalism is top notch and they do a messy job with a smile and are here two times a week like clockwork and in five years have had zero issues or complaints. I highly recommend this company and I personally use them year round although I am told a lot of their customers cancel the service in the winter and restart when snow melts BUT then you have to pay the spring cleanup fee which works out almost the same as just using the service with them year round. Scoopy Poo does great work and I highly recommend them to anyone that asks!

This company is great. I've been a customer for about four or five years now. Originally I would cancel services in the winter and they would then come do a big clean up to start season, however I now use them year round and they are very flexible, very reliable, very honest, and I am incredibly happy with them!

I hired Scoopy Poo I think about three years ago now for dog poop cleanup services at my home and have been very happy with their quality of service and responsiveness. The dollar amount fluctuates on (depending how many times they come per month) but averages around $85 to clean up for dogs and they always do a great job and if any questions are very responsive to any e-mails or inquiries by phone. I continue to use them and am very happy with their services. I know it's not a glamorous job and there are other companies out there that try to compete with them BUT given their level of professionalism, stellar work, and reliability I have never considered going with any other company besides them.

It went really well, and I would higher them again. The only thing I wish is that they would take the poop with them to dispose of.

Scoopy Poo is great. They do a fabulous job and my yard is always totally clean after they are here.

They are rock stars! My house is on the market...but I moved 3 weeks ago. I tried to get the dog poop before I left..but then there was hard snow covering a lot of poop. I know the snow has melted a lot and I have showings coming up. I begged, like a dog, to get to it right away and they squeeze me in. Although I'm not there to see it, they have integrity and told me the "scoop" of what was going on there. I'm extremely happy with them for helping me out on short notice. I would recommend them to everyone. And they are awfully nice.

I have been with them at least 4 years. I have had them all year round even when there is tones of smell in the ground, I don't cancel them even if it has just snowed because they are really good when they get to know your yard. They know where the dogs go even if it has snowed, they find it. They are incredibly funny and witty people. They give the owners TP rolls and they have hilarious things on their website. Somebody is the grand or tuber. For a long time, I did not know how to enter my credit card information on their site because I did not know how to use it but they did not cancel their service for probably 3 month. They explained to me how to do it finally. They are a great company. I have two dogs and pay 70$ a month. Cleaning for a whole month is the same as buying a glass of wine in a restaurant. It is a bargain. They call you if they are going to make changes in their schedule. You have options in the summer. I would recommend them to anyone.

Two came on Saturday and did a super awesome job, I got the spring special that included the first big clean up then 4 weeks, as good as a job that is being done I am considering doing the complete year. I give them a A +++++++++{++++++

They cleaned up dog poop in my yard-lots of it since it had accumulated all winter.

I didn't even know they had come until I received their email receipt saying they'd been here--I think I was out at the time. They worked independently outside, double-bagged the mess, and left it discretely by my garage door so I could put it in my garbage can (they're not allowed by MN law to transport it). They even left a goodie bag on my door with a cute note about what they'd done, a holiday greeting card, and treats for dog and human alike. My dog ADORED the buffalo rawhide chew and dog biscuits, and I didn't mind the chocolates either :-). Their website, phone operator, and literature were all filled with clean "poo" humor that was truly in good taste, and they took their jobs seriously and did a fantastic job especially with the customer service part of their business. I mean, who else has an entire web page on their website devoted to "poo" haiku poems (that were really well-written and funny)? I hope I never need to hire help with this routine chore again, but if I do then I would choose Scoopy Poo in a heartbeat. Their prices were very reasonable and they were a joy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who got behind, has multiple dogs to clean up after, or just plain doesn't like doing the dirty work themselves. Their weekly rates are REALLY affordable, and they seem to be able to handle any situation!

I contacted Scoopy Poo and it was an hilarious experience from start to finish. They were very funny and have more one liners regarding their services than you can shake a stick at. They did an excellent job and continue to come out once a week and clean the yard. It is really nice not to have to worry about stepping in something in the yard. I would recommend them and have to others who have also hired them and have been pleased. I spend $15.00 per week for the service.

It's so worth it to know I won't have to dodge dog poo when walking out in the yard. And they always leave a treat for dogs and people, too! Highly recommended!

Scoopy Poo has been scooping for us for several years now. We have three active Border Collies who are always excited to see the poo lady. Sometime they can even get her to play ball with them for a few minutes. The scooper really seems to like our dog which is a bonus. Scoopy Poo leaves the dogs a treat in a plastic bag on our front door. They know now when she's been there that there is a treat waiting. I sometimes have trouble even getting in the house they are so excited to get the treat they have been waiting for all day. Scooping poo is.... well scooping poo; and they do a thorough job. But if they miss something and you let them know they will be back out right away to fix things. You can always tell the quality of a company who when they make a mistake they are eager to remedy it as soon as possible. Thanks Scoopy Poo!

Scoopy Poo - Pooper Scoopers Scoopy Poo, did a good job. They even come in the winter, We used them for a long time. The only reason we quit using their services was, because we had to find another home for our pet. No complains. They were always on time, and would call. They were very friendly and with the pet.

I really appreciate Scoopy Poo's reliability and professionalism. They've removed one of the things from my to do list!

Scoopy Poo Company charges $13.50 plus tax for a small dog, per week. My experience with them has been very good so far. I have no complaints. The workers who come out have a great sense of humor. They leave treats for the dog and treats for the owner every time they come. I would continue to use them in the future.

We have 5 dogs. They do a very good job. They clean up the waste whether its summer or winter. They are very effective. Sometime they are late and sometime they are on time.

They do a great job with a great sense of humor! I sprained my ankle and couldn't do the annual spring clean-up of my yard. They came out and did the initial clean-up, plus I'm now using them to do a weekly pickup. I have three dogs, so at $17.75 a week - it's a deal! I've found them to be very responsive and humorous, which is a biggie for me.

In the winter, they have a special tool to help scoop the poo which is very helpful. They let meknow when they will come the next week and they have people treats and dog treats. They are awesome, punctual and are able to let themselves in and out to ge tthe job done.

Excellent customer service. This place is very reasonable and they always leave a treat bag for our dogs and US when they come to scoop the poop! Very cute touch. So far we have been very pleased with the quality of service. We were very pleased with our previous pooper scooper company as well, but thought we would give this one a try since my husband had the chance to meet the owner in person and she gave him her business card.
