MORE EXPENSIVE THAT I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT AND THERE WAS A STAIN I POINTED OUT ON ONE PAIR THAT THEY COULDN'T GET OUT. MIGHT TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE NEXT TIME.

BOTH TIMES THE SHIRT WASN'T THERE AT THE PROMISED TIME AND THEY HAD NO WAY OF FINDING IT NOR KNOWING WHEN IT WOULD SHOW UP. THEY APPARENTLY HAVE NO TRACKING SYSTEM AT ALL. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER TO FIGURE OUT HOW WE MIGHT FIND IT, SHE LISTED SEVERAL THINGS THEN SAID ''OH, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY WAYS WE CAN LOSE A SHIRT.'' (SHE WAS SINCERE, NOT BEING FUNNY.) I CALLED COMPANY HEADQUARTERS AND GOT A CALL BACK A DAY LATER FROM A SECOND-FROM-THE-TOP WOMAN, EARNESTLY CONCERNED, WHO SAID SHE HAD TO HANG UP BUT WOULD CALL ME BACK TOMORROW; NEVER DID. THEIR CLEANING IS FINE BUT THEY SEEM COMPLETELY DISORGANIZED. I'D RECOMMEND ONLY HANDING THEM WORK AT AN ACTUAL PLANT, NOT AT ONE OF THEIR REMOTE STOREFRONTS THAT RELIES ON DELIVERY TRUCKS, BECAUSE IF THEY LOSE YOUR STUFF, THEY HAVE NO WAY OF TRACKING IT DOWN. MY IMPRESSION IS THAT THINGS FLOW THROUGH THEIR SYSTEM HOWEVER THEY FLOW AND THAT'S WHAT YOU GET AND EVERY EMPLOYEE ACTS DISEMPOWERED - UNABLE TO DO A THING.
