 + -1 moreSo far okay. As I said quality is good but not excellent. They beat out the competition up the street for sure.
Description of Work: I wear suits to work every day and have frequent cleaning needs. I often need same day cleaning and they are always reliable, although not all of my clothes have come back perfect. They also offer a pick up and delivery service which I am planning to try in the future.

 + -1 moreBOTH TIMES THE SHIRT WASN'T THERE AT THE PROMISED TIME AND THEY HAD NO WAY OF FINDING IT NOR KNOWING WHEN IT WOULD SHOW UP. THEY APPARENTLY HAVE NO TRACKING SYSTEM AT ALL. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER TO FIGURE OUT HOW WE MIGHT FIND IT, SHE LISTED SEVERAL THINGS THEN SAID ''OH, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY WAYS WE CAN LOSE A SHIRT.'' (SHE WAS SINCERE, NOT BEING FUNNY.) I CALLED COMPANY HEADQUARTERS AND GOT A CALL BACK A DAY LATER FROM A SECOND-FROM-THE-TOP WOMAN, EARNESTLY CONCERNED, WHO SAID SHE HAD TO HANG UP BUT WOULD CALL ME BACK TOMORROW; NEVER DID. THEIR CLEANING IS FINE BUT THEY SEEM COMPLETELY DISORGANIZED. I'D RECOMMEND ONLY HANDING THEM WORK AT AN ACTUAL PLANT, NOT AT ONE OF THEIR REMOTE STOREFRONTS THAT RELIES ON DELIVERY TRUCKS, BECAUSE IF THEY LOSE YOUR STUFF, THEY HAVE NO WAY OF TRACKING IT DOWN. MY IMPRESSION IS THAT THINGS FLOW THROUGH THEIR SYSTEM HOWEVER THEY FLOW AND THAT'S WHAT YOU GET AND EVERY EMPLOYEE ACTS DISEMPOWERED - UNABLE TO DO A THING.
Description of Work: ON 2 SEPARATE OCCASIONS, I ASKED FOR A SHIRT TO BE CLEANED ONE DAY FASTER THAN THEIR NORMAL SCHEDULE AND THEY READILY PROMISED IT FOR THAT DATE.

Description of Work: USED PILGRIM FOR REGULAR, WEEKLY DRY CLEANING FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS. HAD 2 PAIRS OF WOMEN''S DRESS PANTS THAT HAD BABY CEREAL ON THEM. THEY DIDN''T GET THE SPOTS OUT INITIALLY, AND THEN STILL DIDN''T GET OUT AFTER RE-DOING THEM! AFTER 2ND CLEANING, THEY ALSO RUINED THE WAIST BANDS OF BOTH PANTS (NOW WON''T LAY FLAT). WHEN WE WENT IN AND ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK, THEY REFUSED AND ONLY OFFERED TO CLEAN THEM AGAIN. OBVIOUSLY, AFTER RUINING THE PANTS AND NOT GETTING OUT SIMPLE FOOD STAINS THAT HAD BEEN POINTED OUT TO THEM TWICE, WE REFUSED AND TOLD THEM WE WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN--AND WE WOULD TELL OTHERS THE SAME!
