They charged us just the standard amount of commission. What stood out to me about them was their professionalism. We worked with them for two months. I questioned whether or not I should go to them only because I would like to support smaller businesses but after working with them to sell our house and having gotten estimates from other realtors for prices for what we could get for our house, we ended up selling our house for about $20,000 more than we would have had we gone with the other realtors that we had contacted. It was worth the investment and the name. That is the reason why they are good.
