The estimate was the most reasonable and the job was done in the time promised. The crew did an excellent job protecting floors and furniture. The quality of work and clean up were excellent. When a miscommunication occurred, Jose, the owner, went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Customer satisfaction is very important to Jose. We highly recommend this company for your painting needs.

Positives - Jose was easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would. Negatives: Quality of work did not meet expectations. What was promised as far as prep work was not done (was told it was not necessary to pressure wash although it was stated in the quote this would be done). Overall poor quality, guys rushed through the job and showed.

I needed the work done soon and was lucky enough that they could begin as soon as they did. Their work was completed within a week of beginning and was well done. Jose was very nice to work with and went back and finished a couple of minor overlooked details after he was paid.

Terrible job, Jose the owner shows up for the rest of the payments immediately wants more money I said no. There was so much white paint in my toilet they must have been cleaning the brushes and roller in it. It took an entire day to get the water to stop Turing white. Paint all over the toilet my new fixture. Now 2 weeks later everything is peeling looks terrible. In 2 days working here they work a total of maybe 8 hours. Also I sent a email to this company about the job and Jose just shows up at my house unannounced but I needed it done so I trusted him. Big mistake. He didnâ t respond to my dissatisfaction until I wrote another owner of the same company.

Absolute horrible experience for my wife! She took Jose Oller for his word and he was an epic failure! She still cries when looking at the front of our home due to the fact we will have to pay to have it redone correctly. We contacted CertaPro to cooperate and a manager was supposed to contact us to resolve the issue. Well, guess who they had calling? Jose Oller. They did not do any of the prep other than power wash! Not what their website claims they will do. Stay way far away from this liar. Do your research! My wife thought she did but reviews for CertaPro Painters are not good.

be sure to understand your expectations and vendors promises. and closely inspect work - ongoing if possible but certainly after end of each day.

Everything was clearly laid out, he was transparent and competitive in his pricing, the job done was exemplary, and it was completed in no time. Jose is the only pro I will contact for my painting needs from now on!

They did a great job.

We used CertaPro to paint the exterior of our house. Jose was great to work with! He provided a transparent quote with all aspects of the job clearly outlined and also included a free color consultation which was extremely helpful in finalizing colors for our house. Juan, Roberto and the entire crew did such a fantastic job. They were extremely professional, personable and hard working. The house looks fantastic and I would highly recommend Jose and his crew to anyone!
