Benson property was consistently on-time and their completion estimates were always accurate. Their attention to detail was evident in all of the work they performed. They even went above and beyond to correct the sub-standard work of the original builder and have vastly improved the look a energy efficiency of our home.

Working with Benson properties was very easy. I contacted Jason after a recent storm. He inspected our roof and confirmed that we had wind damage on two slopes of our roof. After dealing with the insurance company, I just had to pick out the shingles and set a date. The roofers were on time, professional and took care to cover our deck and shrubs. The best part was that they were FAST! They arrived in the morning and by late afternoon they were combing the grass to be sure no nails were left behind. Our house looks great with the new roof. I would definitely use Benson Properties in the future.

Great! They were very helpful throughout the entire process. They negotiated with my insurance company directly and was able to get everything covered. The representative was very helpful and answered the many questions I had along the way. I'd like to tell you that the actual labor went faster than I expected. The roof was completed by 5pm on a single day. The siding was also completed the following week which also took one day. I thought the way they handled my claim was done very professionally and I was given unrushed attention. I have referred them to some friends.
