Canvasing the neighborhood sales guy stopped to tell us about Aptive services. He mentioned wasps nests he noticed on our home. We talked about problems with mice, Japanese beetles and box elder bugs. Yes, he said, his services could take care of ALL of those things. For a $106/qtr charge and annual contract. Exterminators came as scheduled. When I noticed resurgence of japanese beetles, I called for re-treatment. Was told they only treat crawling insects. Which was interesting to me, since the sales guy stopped at our house because of WASPS. When I called for 2nd retreatment and to speak to a supervisor, I was told no one was available to speak with me and they would not be treating japanese beetles (even thought they cam our on July 5 to retreat said japanese beetles -- which are now flourishing on my bushes). Think twice before using this company.
