Apple Store

Unfortunately I will use them again.

We appreciated the shopping environment and were easy to work with. Their reputation proves true.

I've been very pleased with this computer. It seems like I can't screw it up even if I try. They're very usable. I love how the Apples come with free anti virus software and firewalls and they run themselves. It's all very simple to run, it walks you through everything. I've been thrilled that it just works.

I made an on-line appointment at the "Genius Bar" in hopes I wouldn't have to wait. I was right on time but did not get helped for 15 minutes past my time slot. When I was assisted, the girl Genius was very apologetic about the wait and fixed my iPod in about 6 minutes. There was no charge. While we waited my son played computer games on the kid computers. I went in expecting my iPod would be unfixable so I was pleasantly surprised.

I'd been having problems with my computer for some time, but my work with the Apple Store and personal trainers took several weeks to isolate the problem (I visited the store five or six times with various complaints, and fixes were only temporary). However, when they finally fixed the problem, it only took a couple days, important, since I own my own business, and when my computer isn't working, my ability to complete work and get new projects slows considerably. The fix was perfect and I'm delighted with my computer again.

Was very easy to set up the appointment. They answered my questions only after 10 minutes of waiting at the counter. Was not informed of anything, I had not already established.

Apple sales people are excellent because they KNOW what they sell! That is so different than buying from other mainline stores (you know which ones I'm talking about). They know iPod accessories, and computer accessories. If you have a Mac purchase all Mac accessories from an Apple store.

I loved going in there and learning about all the cool Ipod features and I enjoyed the opinions on the employees there. They don't all own Macs, but they are knowledgeable about what they sell. It's a happy place to go to and they are very helpful. I would go back to them and am planning on buying a computer from them in the future.
