"Some customers want a solution for fixing old obscure software to work with their systems that won't work with new Windows updates. We got her old greeting card software to finally release the old printer that they had. Plus we had to roll back Windows 10 Operating System, etc... Customer saw the difficulty that was faced. We even discounted the labor and refunded her for the printer.. They said they purchased another Printer and plugged it in and it worked. Not surprising, after the hard work was done.. She wanted a full refund of the already discounted labor. Sorry, no can do. I'm very disappointed about their written perception of this. The whole story should have been told."
