Salon 2000 Day Spa

The staff is great, the facility is pretty and it's so nice to get a few minutes of pampering in the middle of a crazy day

I thought the colorist did a wonderful job on my coloring for my hair. I think I had a few other things done there which I liked. The only thing I ran into with them was having my appointment rescheduled on a regular basis. My experience was great. It was a very friendly atmosphere. They did a wonderful job on the coloring. Since then I went somewhere else just because of the reasoning of having to reschedule my appointments. I was really pleased with how my hair coloring turned out. They were professional.

Work was performed very satisfactorily once she learned what I wanted, which was early on.

It's really nice salon, I have actually been going there for years. It is really highly professional, and sometimes I stray away from here because it's too far of a drive, but I always end up coming back. I think the owner of the salon is really with making sure that the clients are very taken care of, and I think that she just maneges it very well. It's an attractive salon and it's very comfortable. When you go there for a spa service, they just have a really nice room for you to sit and wait for your service to be done. They've got lockers and robes, and everything is extremely comfortable. It's just really well done.

Arrived on time, checked in, they had me sit in some area out of the main "traffic" area. I waited, and waited, and waited. My appointment was for 11:30 at 11:50 I went up to the desk to find out what was going on. It was at that point they realized that no one had told the pedicurist that I was there. I waited some more, and now it was 12:00 when she finally strolled out. She acted like it was my fault and that I was late, when it was actually the fault of the front desk. my hour appointment was scrunched into half an hour as she had another client. She barely spoke to me during the entire process, she had plenty to say to her co-workers though, she did a rush, crappy job, and she really did not seem to care. I had gone to Salon 2000 many times, but after that I have never gone back. I also did not leave her a tip. This was supposed to be a relaxing experience, it was far from that.

We use Tia here as our massage therapist and she does a really good deep tissue massage. If you tell her there is something that needs working on she will do it. She has a lot of great aromatherapy oils she gives you a choice of to use. She does a really good job. She has great availability and she works on Sunday!

I have used them a lot. I spent about $100. The person I went to is now gone and she was excellent. I have followed her to the new salon she is working in. The owner is unprofessional.

The experience with them was good. I like the person who cuts my hair and that's the reason I have been going there for six months.

My stylist is the best; she understands my hair and does a great job. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future; in fact, I have an appointment on Saturday.

I go to Salon 2000 about once a month to reduce pain and inflamation related to multiple herniated disks in my neck.

I checked in and was greeted nicely at the Woodbury location 2000 Day Spa. I was shown right to the spa waiting area and my appointment started on time. The waxing went fine, but I did not like how she shaped my eyebrows. I asked her to take more off and she did, but did not seem too interested in doing so. After looking at them a second time I still did not care for them. She seemed to be in a hurry and not wanting me to be fully happy. I said, "I guess they are okay." I think she should have offered to do more since she knew I wasn't happy. I should have spoken up though. Overall a good experience, but the quality could have been better. At a spa I expect to leave relaxed and feeling better regardless of the service. I left feeling annoyed and not happy.

Amanda cut a real nice style and I was really pleased. I thought it was a little pricey but they do some extras like a hand wax and scalp massaging. It was a very pleasant atmosphere and you are treated very nice. I will consider going back.

Lisa is a massage therapist I worked with. She was efficient, effective, and willing to focus on problem muscles. She also had some helpful suggestions on stretching exercises for problem muscles.
