Description of Work: Excellent service and very responsive. Both Terry and Larry are honest and trustworthy. They track what routine services my cars need and maintain them well and at a fair price. On the few occasions I’ve had an emergency (recently a dead battery), Terry exceeds my expectations in responding to get the problem resolved. I’ve been with them for about two years now and I am very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: They put two flanges between the muffler and the converter so I didn't need a new exhaust system. They also checked out the car for me.

Description of Work: I found Terry's shop on Angies List and went with his services because of the positive reviews. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was also impressed by his staff as well. It is a neighborhood shop. I was so tired of the chain auto mechanics trying to sell me on services that were unnecessary. Terry was upfront and honest - I felt I could trust him completely. I cant say enough good things about the way he does business.

+ -1 moreAs usual, everything was done to my satisfaction. Handling of my car ('98 Dodge Intrepid) is noticeably improved. Terry and his crew know their stuff. Plus, they're very friendly and personable, taking the time to explain repairs and options. I'll definitely use them again.

My husband's gearshift was stuck in 2wd and we brought the car in and instead of charging us for diagnostic services that we would have easily paid for, he simply told my husband that he had to put the car into neutral and he could then change gears-free of charge! A WELL KNOWN FRANCHISE, IN THE AREA, SAID I NEEDED $400 WORTH OF BALL JOINT WORK AND THESE GUYS SAID THAT EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS SLIGHT BOOT RIP, THE JOINTS WERE TIGHT AND JUST NEEDED REGULAR GREASE. THEY TROUBLESHOT THE SQUEAK TO A WORN REAR DRUM AND REPLACED THAT... ALSO CLEARED UP SPEEDOMETER NOISE. THE IDEAL SHOP -- NOT TOO HIGH TECH, ENGINEERS THAT TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND JUST A GREAT DESIRE TO HAVE YOU SAFELY BACK ON THE ROAD.
Description of Work: INSPECTED USED 1988 MERCURY GRAND MARQUIS I JUST BOUGHT. USED THEM FOR SECOND DIAGNOSIS ON SUSPENSION. HAD THEM CLEAN SPEEDOMETER CABLES AND ALSO TROUBLESHOOT AND FIX A SQUEAK FROM THE WHEELS.

A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. VERY CLEAN SHOP. PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIANS. YOU TALK DIRECTLY TO THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED ON YOUR CAR.
Description of Work: REAR DISC BRAKE JOB,TUNE UP,FLUSH TRANSMISSION, FASTEN FUEL LINES, REMOVE AND INSTALL OIL PAN GASKET. INSPECTED EXHAUST SYSTEM, COOLING SYSTEM, SPARS,BALL JOINTS AND TIRES. TEST DROVE CAR AND HEARD AN OCCASIONAL SOUND IN THE FRONT. SO THEY CHECKED OUT BALL JOINTS AND SUCH. SAID CAR WAS TIGHT AND NOT TO WORRY ABOUT THE SOUND UNLESS IT GOT WORSE.
