As usual, everything was done to my satisfaction. Handling of my car ('98 Dodge Intrepid) is noticeably improved. Terry and his crew know their stuff. Plus, they're very friendly and personable, taking the time to explain repairs and options. I'll definitely use them again.

They troubleshot the situation within 2 hours, ordered the part, and replaced it the next day.

Terry is very reliable, knows what he is doing and is excellent at what he does. He is trustworthy and we have gone to him for many years. We spent about $300 the last time we used him.

Terry is a VERY honest guy and I recommend him to everyone. My husband's gearshift was stuck in 2wd and we brought the car in and instead of charging us for diagnostic services that we would have easily paid for, he simply told my husband that he had to put the car into neutral and he could then change gears-free of charge! Terry has taken care of our cars for the last 8 years. After going to lots of places and having all kinds of unpleasant experiences, it's so wonderful to find him. He is not the typical mechanic who talks over you head, he explains everything well. He doesn't try to fix things that don't need to be fixed and is really great guy; I really trust him.

EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD SHOP WITH QUALITY TECHNICIANS AND NO UPSELL. A WELL KNOWN FRANCHISE, IN THE AREA, SAID I NEEDED $400 WORTH OF BALL JOINT WORK AND THESE GUYS SAID THAT EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS SLIGHT BOOT RIP, THE JOINTS WERE TIGHT AND JUST NEEDED REGULAR GREASE. THEY TROUBLESHOT THE SQUEAK TO A WORN REAR DRUM AND REPLACED THAT... ALSO CLEARED UP SPEEDOMETER NOISE. THE IDEAL SHOP -- NOT TOO HIGH TECH, ENGINEERS THAT TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND JUST A GREAT DESIRE TO HAVE YOU SAFELY BACK ON THE ROAD.

GAVE CORRECT ESTIMATES. THE CAR WAS DONE WHEN PROMISED. WHEN I TOOK THE CAR IN HE SAID THERE WAS NO CHARGE TO CHECK ON THINGS IN THE CAR. GAVE INSTRUCTIONS ON TAKING CARE OF THE CAR ( ADDING ANTI FREEZE, CHECKING COOLANT, TAKING PAINT OFF CAR AND SCRATCHES). VERY POLITE. ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS. PRICES A LITTLE LOWER THAN OTHER SHOPS. A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. VERY CLEAN SHOP. PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIANS. YOU TALK DIRECTLY TO THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED ON YOUR CAR.
